I understand that this agreement is in addition to any other confidentiality and/or privacy-related contracts or agreements that I may have previously entered into with B-Home. I agree to use the goBHome.com site in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and in compliance with B-Home’s Privacy Policies and Procedures. I understand and agree that any information accessed through goBHome.com should not be stored or kept on any electronic device and may only be accessed for legitimate business purposes in furtherance of serving the needs of the B-Home group of companies. Additionally, I understand that violation of this agreement may constitute a violation of B-Home’s Privacy Policies and Procedures as well as violation of state and/or federal law and that such violations may lead to disciplinary action up to and including termination of my contract with B-Home and may result in criminal prosecution. I understand that continued use of the site will be construed as acknowledgment and acceptance of the above agreement.
